* 投稿摘要： Tuberculosis is a communicable disease caused by infection with M. tuberculosis complex organism. Latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI), a non-communicable asymptomatic condition, persists in some, who might develop tuberculosis disease months or years layer. However, those who work in a hospital, especially who expose to tuberculosis patient, might get higher risk of LTBI than other individuals. The specific proteins ESAT-6, CFP-10 and TB7.7 could be recognized by lymphocytes from the individual infected with MTBC. This recognition process involves the generation and secretion of cytokine, INF-gamma. The detection and subsequent quantification of INF-gamma forms the basis of this test. In this study, we evaluate 83 employees in hospital according to their duty and Years of Service. The LTBI positive rate of nurse, medical technician, assistant, radiological technician, and pharmacist was 25.0%(8/32), 28.6%(4/14), 0.0%(0/2), 0%(0/3), and 0%(0/5), respectively. Based on years of service , those who work between 6 and 9 years got 33.3% (2/6) positive rate, in addition, above 9 years got 30.4%(7/23). The data shows that the occupation, and years of service were highly connected to M. tuberculosis infection. The main reason is the frequency and time of exposure. However, those who expose to the source of tuberculosis in a long term in hospital are high risk group. It is suggested that the risk group should protect against tuberculosis infection cautiously, especially nurses and medical technicians.
