* 投稿摘要： The aim of this study was to describe biological features and aetiology of monoclonal gammopathy diagnosed during a 2-year period in the biochemistry department of Show-Chwan Memorial Hospital in Changhua in Taiwan. The data collected period of this study is from January 2011 to February 2013. Five hundred and fifty-six records from 383 patients in which serum immunofixation electrophoresis were performed were analysed. Of these patients, 157 (41%) were men and 226 (59%) were women, the median age was 64 years, range from 13 to 102 years. Sixty patients had monoclonal or biclonal gammopathies giving the prevalence 15.7%; 31 (52%) male and 29 (48%) female; median age 74 years, range from 30 to 92 years; IgG 63%, IgA 18%, IgM 15%, biclonal 18%, kappa 58%, and lambda 48%. In this cohort, multiple myeloma was the most frequent initial diagnosis（20%）, both unspecified anemia and chronic renal failure were diagnosed in the same frequency (13%). The other correlative diagnoses will be presented on the poster.
