* 投稿摘要： Antinuclear antibody (ANA) is basic and essential for determination of autoimmune diseases. Because immunofluorescence method is still the gold standard of ANA screening for it could display the diversity and variety of autoantigens. The pattern analysis of immunofluorescence type and titer of antibody are important for clinicians in diagnosis of the trend and change of autoimmune disease. The four years database contains 15841 ANA (titer and pattern) assay results in Department of Laboratory Medicine of Cathay General Hospital were analyzed. Positive rate of total ANA results and male positive rate and female positive rate are 35.48% and 25.32% and 38.88%. The four main patterns of immunofluorescence and occurrence rate are homogeneous 45.80%, speckled 49.36%, nucleolar 9.64% and discrete speckled 3.95%. The further analysis of ratio of female to male of four main patterns reveals a range from 3.3 to 11.33. The ratio of female to male of titer distribution of four main patterns shows a range from 2.61 to 63. The ratio of female to male of titer equal or higher than 1:160 are ranged from 1.21 to 2.33. All the basic information could provide database processing strategies for furthermore analysis of database and assist physician in choosing further examinations according to the latest autoimmune disease test reports.
