* 投稿摘要： GDHs, when used in BG monitors, show excellent performance compared to GOx. GDHs with their special characteristics are suitable for more hospitalized patients. Especially FAD-GDH and mutant Q-GDH, are widely used in high-level BG biosensors for hospital settings. Therefore clinical practice of FAD-GDH-based GM700 and mutant Q-GDH-based Performa was conducted. Different hospitalized patient were enrolled in this study; patients with and without diabetes (112 people, glucose range from 28 to 531 mg/dl, age from 21 to 85 years old), patients under respiratory therapies (106 people, glucose range from 81.3 to 314, blood partial oxygen pressure from 35 to 249 mmHg), HD and PD patients (102 people, glucose range from 75.1 to 315 mg/dl, Hct range from 22.6 to 42.5%), neonates (102 neonates, glucose range from 17.6 to 125 mg/dl, born within one day to 26 days). Bland-Altman plots visualized excellent precision of the BG monitors. The 95% limit agreement of overall results of FAD-GDH monitors ranged within ±12% and mutant Q-GDH monitors ranged from +17 to -10%. Clarke EGA showed more than 99% of FAD-GDH and mutant Q-GDH BG monitors results fall in zone A. The BG monitors fulfilled the accuracy requirements of not only ISO 15197:2003 but also ISO 15197 draft version. Analytical results prove the FAD-GDH and mutant Q-GDH BG monitors’ outstanding abilities; tolerance to broad glucose concentration range, oxygen independent, glucose specificity, less Hct interference. Superiority of FAD-GDH and mutant Q-GDH-based BG monitors are satisfactorily reliable for hospital use.
