* 投稿摘要： Liver fibrosis induced from the liver tissue inflammation and liver cells were replaced by fibrous material. Liver fibrosis produced by organizational changes, including proliferation of liver fibroblast cells and liver myofibroblasts, abnormal regeneration of the epithelial cells, and excessive deposition of extracellular matrix, in the process of liver fibrosis, the cytokine excess production, and some cytokines will increase the collagen deposition. TGF-β itself is also involved in cell proliferation, fibrosis, tissue repair, inflammation, apoptosis, cell differentiation, and cell adhesion and cell motility. After inducing liver cellular fibrosis by TGF-beta1 and post-receptor signaling molecules (Smads and Caspase pathway) will be systemically investigated to elucidate the interactions between bromelain and liver fibrosis. The result indicated that bromelain significantly modulated and reduced the fibrosis and apoptosis protein levels of Smad2/3/4, caspase3, parp and cytochrom C. In the future may provide new targets of anti-liver fibrosis drug development.
