* 投稿摘要： Patients exposed to with HIV-1 typically develop HIV-1-specific antibodies within several weeks of primary infection. In rare case, patients who are persistently seronegative despite evidence of HIV-1 infection. We describe the clinical, virologic and immunologic characteristics of the patient. He was a 17 years old male patient suspect viral infection related hemophagocytstic syndrome treated with IVIG very early. In the course of disease did not develop a full HIV-1 antibody response, likely due to a combination of negative antibody-based screening tests, that delay diagnosis as well as a tendency toward rapid disease progression.
