* 投稿摘要： Cryoglobulin are human immunoglobulin that can precipitate in 4℃ and redissolve in 37℃.They can be single or mixed type. There are three types can be related with different disease , ex : infection , autoimmune disease and Haematologic disease. The 42-years-old female has RA and HCV infection, Arthropathy, skin necrosis Left hand pain combined weakness. In laboratory data, we can noted the Cryoglobulin test was positive. Cryoglobulinemia is most common problem due to hepatitis C virus infections, to achieve successfully Treatment depends on the symptoms and causes.
