* 投稿摘要: Background: In addition to providing specialized diagnosis and treatment, medical care should be offered a safe, caring, patient centered services. It is the goal that medical institutes make joint efforts to improve the quality of professional services, create a safe environment for medical treatment, respect the patients privacy, and increase service satisfaction. However, blood drawing waiting time and counter seats are common patient complaints and unsatisfactory options. In order to reduce the waiting time, blood drawing counters were set up additionally for elders or disabled patients, providing a barrier free environment. Materials and Methods:Rearrange the original four seats blood drawing counter, and additional build a more spacious and adjustable blood drawing counter, which can use the power unit to adjust up and down, back and forth movement. After reconstructing, elders or disabled patients have the priority to access the adjustable blood drawing counter without queue number; disabled persons in wheelchairs can be directly pushed into the counter, simplified the general registration steps. Result:The procedure: In rush hour, It is 49 people every day to blood drawing before construction; 41 people after reconstruction; before the construction, the achievement rate for the average of blood drawing waiting time below 10 minutes is reached by 46.68 percent, and 67.20 percent after improving. The customer: the average of waiting time is reduced from 16 min 51 second to 10 min 50 second after the construction, shortened 6 minutes. In 2013, the sum of customer satisfaction rate,very satisfied, very satisfied and satisfied was 90.57 percent; after the construction, the sum of customer satisfaction rate was 95.98 percent, raised by 5.41percent. The number of patients complaints dropped from four to two. Conclusion:Through department affair meeting of the review, the goal of reconstruction and services is designed for humanity, accessibility, privacy environment with facilities. The patients are well managed as our loved ones, taking care of the characteristics of different disabled persons and the elderly with safety and convenience. Before the construction, the people over 60, satisfaction is 97.98 percent. It is 99.0 percent after reconstruction. By the higher rate of customer satisfaction at advanced age, the ones show recognition of the institute to provide accessibility and a friendly environment. The improvement of the procedure and the customer, has shortened the time to wait for blood drawing, improved patients safe and reducing customer complaints and improves customer satisfaction.
