* 投稿摘要： Medical Laboratories must manage enormous documents contain approved SOP (standard operation procedures), documents of internal and external origin, employee training files, and personnel records such as licenses and certificates. According to TAF-CNLA-R02 (3) requirements in 4.3, laboratories are responsible for the control of documentation. Thus, we developed and established an electronic records management system to organize all files. We apply plan-do-check-act cycle for improvement in documents management. First, we announce all predetermined projects on annual management review meeting and password-restricted website. The accessibility is classified depend on individuals authorized to review the files. Then, the section supervisors need to upload the records to requested areas when finished. The website reveals the complete revised information including reasons for modification or deletion and time to upload files. In order to provide prompt information, the system is equipped with keyword search tool. The administrators could ensure all assignments as scheduled. Finally, the time-delayed and uncompleted tasks will be examined on annual management review meeting to seek best practices. In summary, we shared our experiences on managing a variety of documents in certificated medical laboratory. This system could significantly reduce paper consumption and potential manpower in files management. We plan to update the system to add automatic notification function in the future
