* 投稿摘要： Clinically most bacterial enteritis is from Salmonella.This study investigation is from Show Chwan and Chang Bing Show Chwan Memorial Hospital. It shows the serotype and the sensitivity test situations of Salmonella isolated from stool. The specimens resources are from the diarrhea patients from 2013 to 2014. The 2490 resources are from the Show Chwan and the 1944 resources are from the Chang Bing Show Chwan.Both of the hospitals use the traditional reaction of Biochemical, GNB-14 computer cod identification system, DifcoTM Salmonella antiserum. And antibiotic sensitivity test according to the standard of CLSI uses Kirby-Bauer method.The result shows that there are 103 of the 2490 people found Salmonella from their stool in the Show Chwan. Positive reactions’ percentage is 4.16%, Salmonella group D1 39.80 %(41/103) is the most in serotype. Most of the patients live in Changhua and Huatan. The reaction to Ampicillin is 37.64%, toTMP-SMZ is 73.79%, to Ceftriaxone is 91.17% , and to Lvofloxacin is 100% from 103 Bacteria. There are 89 of the 1944 people found Salmonella from their stool in the Chang Bing Show Chwan. Positive reactions’ percentage is 4.59%, Salmonella group D1 34.83 %(31/89) is the most in serotype. Most of the patients live in Fuhsiung and Lukang. The reaction to Ampicillin is 60.55%, toTMP-SMZ is 64.15%, to Ceftriaxone is 93.08% , and to Lvofloxacin is 100% from 89 Bacteria.All of the above show that the positive rate of Salmonella and serotype don’t have obvious difference in the city and the coastal regions. And the result of medical reaction is the same.
