* 投稿摘要: Background: Diabetic retinopathy is due to microvascular pathogenesis-induced hypoxemias and altered osmosis on retina. Furthermore, hypoxemias and altered osmosis result in angiogenesis and macular edema to occur blindness in patients with diabetic retinopathy Object: In study, the association between HbA1c and pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy was investigated in type 2 diabetes. Methods: The biochemical data and images of ocular funduscopy of diabetes from clinic of metabolism and endocrinology, or healthy people form physical examination were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistic analysis. Results: In this study, we collected biochemical data and images of ocular funduscopy of 511 diabetes (average is 60.44±14.19 years). The patients in this study were 79.6% type 2 diabetes including 40.5% (HbA1<6.5%), 26% (HbA1c 6.5-7.9%), 10.9% (HbA1c 8-10%), and 5.5% (HbA1c>10%). The analysis of diabetic retinopathy showed 48.9% (HbA1c<6.5%), 31.4% (HbA1c 6.5-7.9%), 13.2% (HbA1c 8-10%), and 6.6% (HbA1c>10%) in No Apparent Retinopathy; 6.2% (HbA1c<6.5%), 50.0% (HbA1c 6.5-7.9%), 12.5% (HbA1c 8-10%), and 31.2% (HbA1c>10%) in Mild Non-Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy; 18.7% (HbA1c<6.5%), 42.7% (HbA1c 6.5-7.9%), 21.3% (HbA1c 8-10%), and 17.3% (HbA1c>10%) in Moderate Non-Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy; 8.3% (HbA1c<6.5%), 41.7% (HbA1c 6.5-7.9%), 33.3% (HbA1c 8-10%), and 16.7 % (HbA1c>10%) in Severe Non-Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy; 42.9% (HbA1c 6.5-7.9%), 14.3% (HbA1c 8-10%), and 42.9 % (HbA1c>10%) in Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy. These results presented significance (p<0.05) in Chi-Square Test. Conclusion: Diabetic Retinopathy is common complication of diabetes and significantly causes blindness. This study indicated serious pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy was due to hyperglycemia companied with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, or nephropathy. In type 1 or type 2 diabetes (history >10 years), the 50% patients expresses pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy in eyes. Diabetes occur blindness by 25 times compared with healthy people so that diabetes must be cured by doctors in early stage of diabetic pathogenesis and control blood glucose, blood pressure, and blood fat to prevent diabetic retinopathy .
