* 投稿摘要: The exopolysaccharides existed in P. aeruginosa biofilm include alginate, Psl, and Pel. Pel related polysaccharides play an important role in pellicle formation at the air-liquid interface and providing a structural scaffold for biofilm formation. Both adhesive factors and disruptive factors are important in biofilm formation. The aim of this study is to investigate the disruptive factors of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm. Since the qurom-sensing signal is demonstrated to be associated with biofilm formation, the secreted metabolites containing qurom-sensing signal was designed and applied in this study. The effects of the cultured metabolites secreted by P. aeruginosa were applied on bacterial growth, biofilm formation, pellicle formation, and mRNA expression of relevant genes in P. aeruginosa. The obtained results were analyzed. First, the P. aeruginosa grew well in medium either with or without the cultured metabolites. Second, the results of the biofilm formation indicated that biofilm formation decreased in the presence of the cultured metabolites including 27% in 1 day, 31% in 2 day, 46% in 3 day, 46% in 4 day, and 37% in 5 day, respectively. Third, the result of the mRNA expression of pel genes was shown to be decreased in medium by adding the cultured metabolites. In conclusion, this study revealed that the cultured metabolites in medium may cause the physiological changes in P. aeruginosa including gene expression and biofilm formation.
