* 投稿摘要： The current 2008 World Health Organization system recognizes 8 types of Myeloproliferative neoplasms. The hematopoietic stem cell is capable of both self-renewal and a stepwise differentiation into the myeloid lineage. Molecular methods are increasingly employed to help refine diagnosis, establish prognosis and determine the most appropriate treatment. Among the classic MPNs, CML is genetically characterized by the reciprocal chromosomal translocation between chromosomes 9 and 22, t(9;22). The vast majority of patients (90 to 95%) demonstrate the t(9;22)(q34;q11.2) reciprocal translocation that results in the Ph chromosome. The discovery that JAK2 mutations are found in virtually all patients with PV and approximately 50% of those with either ET or PMF, has refined current diagnostic criteria in classic MPN. Many tests in molecular medicine laboratory are independently on designed or adaptation base on published paper. Development and assessment of Non-IVD test in clinical laboratory requires validation of the performance of the method in accurately detecting or measuring the analyte. The tests were assessed by several criteria, which include analytic sensitivity, analytic specificity, detection of limitation, analyte measurement range, reference range. We provide some suggestions when development and assessment of molecular diagnostic tests.
