* 投稿摘要： To identify the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) and frequently isolated non-tuberculous mycobacteria strains directly from smear-positive MGIT tube, an improved MPB-64 assay was developed.The test is a chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of MTbc from an AFB smear positive MGIT tube samples.A total of 61 smear-cord formation specimens and PCR- positive collected between July 2011 and Dec 2011 were used for the analysis. The results of the assay showed identification day for Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex of acid-fast bacilli (AFB) 4+,3+, AFB 2+, and AFB 1+,negative samples of 6.9, and 9.1,10.7,13.8,17.3 respectively. Overall Percent Agreement (95% CI): 96%.The method saves time of and has advantages for identifying mycobacteria from 4+,3+, AFB 2+, and AFB 1+,negative from AFB smear positive MGIT tube samples .
