* 投稿摘要： Background：Utility of leukocyte reduced blood components furnish significant clinical transfusion benefits. A reduced and decreased incidence of alloimmunization reactions, especially of chill, febrile and urticarial reactions (itching, hives) in red blood cells transfusion. Material and methods：Comparison of the two years（2007,2011）the patients for red blood cells transfusion used and unused with the leukocyte-deplete filters in our hospital. Results：2,096 patients unused leukocyte-deplete filter in 2007, and 2,349 patients used leukocyte-deplete filter in 2011. The results of febrile and allergic reactions were 135(6.44%) and 14(0.59%) respectively. Fever (113/83.7%) the main of reaction and urticarial (13/9.6%) has second in 135 patients. In 11/14 patients fever (78.5%) the main of reaction and urticarial (2/14; 1.42%) has second. Conclusion：The adverse effects most often reported to the transfusion medicine department are febrile and urticarial reactions. These are always persecuting with physician and specialist of blood bank. Used leukocyte-deplete filter can reduced about 90.8% non-hemolytic reactions in our results.
