* 投稿摘要：	Klinefelter Syndrome is the most common chromosomal disorder associated with male hypogonadism and infertility. It is defined classically by a 47, XXY karyotype, with variants that demonstrate additional X and Y chromosomes. Klinefelter Syndrome is characterized by enlarged male breasts, sparse facial /body hair, small testes, infertility and poor virilization in phenotypic males. It has an incidence of at least 1 in 1000 men, but many are not diagnosed. It is a case of 41-year-old man was consult in our OPD, and complained of infertility, the physician was done with some laboratory examinations, such as hormone level tests and semen analysis, and also chromosome analysis, It shows Klinefelter Syndrome- 47, XXY. The management of Klinefelter Syndrome includes androgen therapy, speech and behavioral therapy, in some cases may need for surgical intervention. Patients need not be infertile today, because a technique called intracytoplasmic sperm injection offer the opportunity for procreation. In conclusion, the good doctor- patient relationship and accurate diagnosis play an important role in the management of this case.
