* 投稿摘要：	Large amounts of white blood cells are mainly causes of febrile non-hemolytic transfusion reaction. Use leukocyte-reduced blood bag filter sets can effectively remove more over 99.9% of white blood cells. In the world wide blood center, Nageotte hemocytometer is usually use for counting residual white cells as quality control. However, Nageotte has a large amount of samples tested, it must stand for 20 minutes for the white cells sedimentation, easily broken and not easy to focus on shortcomings, those inconvenience should be improved. Use S-Y double grid counting slide is easy to observe, less samples, and can directly quantify the number of white blood cells in 1μL, may have the potential as a substitute of Nageotte. In this study, we use Flow cytometry test results as the standard for S-Y Slides, Nageotte between precision and stability. Samples include Leukocyte-reduced red blood cells and Leukocyte-reduced apheresis were collected and tested by those three method. The results showed that S-Y Slides although meet the advantages of easy counting, however, the performance on fewer white blood cell count was not as good as conventional Nageotte.
