* 投稿摘要：	A 76-year-old male with unspecified anemia history headed for our hospital seeking for further diagnosis. Laboratory tests revealed moderate leukocytosis (WBC count: 25490/ul, reference 3800-9800/ul) , marked anemia (Hb: 5.6 g/dl, reference 13-18 g/dl) and marked thrombocytopenia (platelet count: 8000/ul, reference 120000-320000/ul) . Small lymphocytosis with irregular nuclear appearance (atypical lymphocyte: 20%, reference 0-1%) was also noted. Hence, the patient with CLL was suspected. However, the immunophenotypic results did not reveal CD5 expression. Besides, the radiologic finding showed splenomegaly and histopathologic findings of bone marrow biopsy revealed consistent with splenic B-cell lymphoma/leukemia. Eventually, splenic marginal zone lymphoma was diagnosed.
