* 投稿摘要： Serological immunoassay and biochemical assay were investigated for the methadone maintenance treatment (MMT) in heroin dependence and injecting drug users (IDUs) to analyze for hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (HCV), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), ALT, AST and GGT, respectively. The studies collect 200 samples were analyzed from the first MMT participants. The positive risk of serological results are as follow : HBV was 13.4％; HCV was 86.1％; HIV was 9.6％. Most were male (87.5％) and median age was 38 years. These findings demonstrate that HCV is high prevalence in IDUs on MMT. IDUs have a relatively low HIV prevalence and low risk behavioural profile. Furthermore, The relationship of results showed significant differences of biochemical tests of liver function among the different serological immunoassays were found 〔HBV (N=186)：p < 0.005 in ALT and GGT, p > 0.005 in AST；HCV (N=187)：p < 0.005 in ALT and AST, p > 0.005 in GGT；HIV (N=187)：p > 0.005 in ALT, AST and GGT, respectively〕. Thus, injection duration, recent injection, ever sharing injecting equipments and concomitant use of other drugs were independent factors associated with HCV infection and increased damage to liver function. Based on this study found that specialized service for IDUs provides a useful opportunity for health promotion, risk-reduction assessment and counseling, and increase opportunities for medical treatment assessment.
