* 投稿摘要：	Airborne bacteria and fungi are important biological components of bio-aerosols of indoor atmosphere in medical laboratories. Many studies have been carried out high concentrations of bacteria and fungi in the atmosphere might result in biological air pollution and potentially diseases. This study, control the indoor temperature, was conducted to compare to the results of One-stage and Six-stage air samplers of indoor atmosphere. Airborne bacteria and fungi were collected by the 1-stage and 6-stage Andersen impactors at the sampling area of indoors. Temperature, relative humidity and CO2 were detected by handheld particle counter (HHPC-6). The results of this study suggested that the higher concentration of fungal species were Arthobotryum, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus flaschentraegeri of one-stage air sampler and Arthobotryum, Fusarium decemcelluare, Aspergillus flavus of six-stage air sampler. The mean concentration of fungi was 265 CFU／m3 of one-stage air sampler and271 CFU／m3 of six-stage air sampler； the mean concentration of bacteria was 845.7 CFU／m3 of one-stage air sampler and 1380.4 CFU／m3 of six-stage air sampler of indoors. The most of bio-aerosols were Gram positive bacteria of indoors. The results of one -stage air sampler was similar with 5th of six-stage air sampler. The present study has suggested the surveillance of bio-aerosols of airborne of indoor environments in medical laboratories with the characteristic evaluations of One-stage and Six-stage air samplers for collecting bio-aerosols.
